The Golf Course

The course was founded in 1974 with 9 original holes beside the seashore and eventually was increased to 18 holes in 2006. At that time the course was modified to offer wider fairways, with both sand and water hazards, giving rise to a technical modern, non-demanding physical golf course that adapts to the level of play of all participants. Golf carts are also available.

In short Los Moriscos Golf Club is the perfect place to enjoy your favourite sport in a sunny and natural landscape. Los Moriscos is a unique golf course in the province of Granada that combines all the features of a great course. Versatility is an important factor. You need to use all your clubs and consider each shot before striking the ball.

The outstanding feature of the course has to be the greens. They are not difficult, but the quality and designs make players feel very satisfied at the end of their round. Golf course conditions are also something to consider.

Thanks to a great maintenance team that every day applies all its knowledge to the course and keeps it at the highest level possible. The proximity of the sea influences the way the maintenance team works, they have to take care with water salinity and take into account every task to keep the grass in the best condition. Please check our hole by hole guide to figure out what is the best shot to play on each hole.
